Beaver Hotel London - Cheap Hotel in London
Posted by admin on December 31, 1969Hello!
Beaver Hotel in London is the next cheap London hotel I am going to overview in today’s post.
I suppose that this hotel could be considered a typical London B&B type hotel. As I have already stated, rooms in most London hotels, and in this particular one, are usually smaller compared to the same range hotels in the USA, so try do not compare them in terms of size, just keep in mind that they are less spacious. Whatever the size, but my room (single en suite on the second floor, with bathroom) was very pleasant for my taste: clean, cosy and neat with adequate bed and all the basic amenities that a standard 3-star hotel offers their guests: heating, telephone, TV set, work desk, alarm clock, hairdryer, tea and coffee maker. What else a single business traveler could desire? I also had a lovely view of tree-lined crescent out of my window. There was only one complaint about the room - the shower was set too low in the bathroom, it wasn’t at all comfortable to lean all the time. But there were complimentary toiletries and ample supply of towels.
A full English breakfast was included in my room rate, so I didn’t have to worry about the food in the morning (that’s why I prefer hotels with included breakfast), I just walked downstairs to the dining room in the basement where breakfast was served. Nothing special about the food, but it was fresh and filling. Unfortunately, there was no bar in Beaver Hotel London to relax, but still there was a vending machine with cans of beer, spirits and another machine with canned soft drinks.
Though cheap London hotel, Beaver Hotel still enjoys convenient location: a short walk from Earls Court tube station, in the center and close to major shopping areas.
I think that Beaver Hotel London is a good budget hotel in London; the exact address is 57-59 Philbeach Gardens, Kensington & Chelsea.
